This training is a daily routine that uses intentional tongue positioning and facial muscle activation to support lift, tone, and balance in the face.

 

By engaging the tongue — the body’s strongest and most overlooked postural muscle — this method helps activate deep facial muscles, support the jawline and neck, improve facial symmetry, and counter the downward pull of gravity.

 

The routine takes just five minutes a day and includes a brief warm-up and a gentle cool-down to support circulation, relaxation, and natural facial rejuvenation — with no tools.
