I Healed My TMJ ...

I didn’t start tongue exercises to fix my jaw. I started them to support facial tone and the changes that come with perimenopause. The TMJ relief came later — unexpectedly.

As my tongue, face, and jaw stopped compensating, the clicking disappeared by default.
